Experience in teaching is more than 16 years. Natalya joined the Kids Estate team in 2016. She graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after Kozma Minin with the qualification of a teacher of Russian and Literature. Natalya knows how to organize the work flow so that it would be as efficient as possible. She develops the programs, supports the professional skills of the teachers. She is aware of all the innovations in the preschool education market and chooses all the best and most interesting for our teachers.
Nikolay has been working for the KidsEstate since 2016.
He has a higher education degree. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Utilities and Construction with qualification of an economist – manager, majoring in “Economy and management of the construction material plants”.
Everyone respects Nikolay. He can both gladly play football with boys and easily cope with any administrative and maintenance issues.
Maria joined to the Kids’ Estate team in 2016.
She graduated from the St. Petersburg State University with a degree of Master in Strategic Management and Marketing.
She graduated from the HEC Paris Business School with a degree of Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA).
Maria continuously improves her skills and obtains new knowledge, i.e. she has completed the different courses at the Higher School of Economics, Moscow Business School, Stockholm School of Economics in Russia, and online courses at “Netology” and Open school.
Maria has got a great experience in development of marketing systems and the work with clients at the educational institutions (Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, St. Petersburg State University, Stockholm School of Economics in Russia) and at the other commercial organizations.
She has been working for the private organization of preschool and supplementary education "DetskoePomestye” since 2019.
Graduated from Russian State University for the Humanities in 2019, Faculty of International relations and regional studies, her specific course was “European studies”, she was awarded the qualification of “Regional studies”. Throughout her education she held several active positions in student associations and volunteer movements and received the editor's pick in “Model UN RSUH magazine”.
Prior to joining Kids’ Estate team, Julia had internships at Dutch business consulting company Lighthouse, Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, assisted at Benelux Centre and also studied for a semester abroad as an exchange student at University of Groningen (the Netherlands) as part of «Erasmus + International Credit Mobility» programme.
She speaks fluent English and has an intermediate level of German and Dutch. The International sphere has always been a priority for Julia, but surprisingly it turned out that her family has some dynasties of teachers which is why work experience in an international kindergarten is so valuable for her.
The Creative atmosphere of the Kids’ Estate impressed Julia so she covers all the announcements of events etc in Kindergarten via social media: Instagram, Facebook and VK.
She has a position that the complete achievement of understanding and consensus in cross-cultural communication regardless of the sphere of interaction – this is the art of negotiation.
She has been working for the KidsEstate since 2018.
Before she came to our private kindergarten, Larisa had been working as a manager for the large company for several years, but now she successfully and gladly writes about KidsEstate at Facebook, takes wonderful pictures for Instagram and actively assists in all events.
Larisa can warmly discuss all concerns with parents. Both children and adults love her.
